She is a beauty for sure and I've never shot a newborn who was so alert for so much of their session.

Hattie Belle!
I've shot her from tummy to toddler and I could eat her up! It's hard to believe she is already two years old. Babies insist on growing up so quickly don't they?
Lucky for her mom and dad she is just as sweet and adorable as she was the day she was born. I love that smile...and those great big brown eyes!

No matter what you do for a living, there are those days that just ROCK! You know, where everything just clicks. That was the case for Ashley Smith's family session last week. The weather was UNBELIEVABLY perfect for July at the beach, and as soon as I met this family I knew we were going to have a BLAST during the session! Check out 2 year old little Jackson...can you believe he wanted nothing to do with the camera at first? Turns out though that he likes to run, so all it took was a little playtime with me running down the pathway at Atalaya and he was all grins and giggles...plus I even got a HUG! What could possibly be better? I had a hard time narrowing down images to use for the sneak peek so you'll just have to humor me with a few extra's ; ) For Ashley and family...I hope you all had as much fun with the session as I did!

Happy Monday! It's that time here at the beach...VACATION season. That means I get to see clients that I only see once a year and I LOVE IT! This is the Parker family and I adore them :) I've been shooting their vacation portraits for three years now. I've watched Miss Dria grow from a shy 2 little year old into an outgoing, fun loving 4 year old...who as of this year is a BIG SISTER to baby brother "Shooter"! I'm already excited about capturing his time at the beach as he grows with his sister. Hope you all had a safe trip home Parker family! Be on the lookout for a special surprise from me with your disk. And can I say one more time...LOVE THAT TATTOO and that is something I never say ; )

Will are Kristen are two bundles of energy that I've been watching grow before my lens since Will was born over a year ago. I LOVE THESE KIDDOS! It's no secret that I like for kids to be kids in sessions with me and Kristen and Will are SO EXPRESSIVE that it's always a blast to shoot them. Way to go again guys...not even a rain storm held us back! Can't wait to see you later in the summer : )
